Ocean Master is a Support character that dominates extended battles through his Weaken and counterattack mechanics. His basic attack always applies Weaken for 3 turns. His ultimate converts all enemy Weaken stacks into Bleed stacks. Every time an ally blocks an attack, he automatically counterattacks the enemy. He's perfect for defensive teams and fights that last multiple rounds, where his debuffs can stack up.

Deals 85% Physical Attack damage and applies 1 Stack of Weaken for 3 Turn(s).
Advanced
Grants 25% Block and 25% Block Amount to ally with the lowest HP for 1 Turn(s).
Passive
When an ally Blocks, Ocean Master will launch a Counterattack towards the enemy attacker.
