Green Lantern Hal is a damage dealer who gets stronger by absorbing his own shields into attack power. His ultimate fires 7 aerial bombardment shots that each deal 80% attack damage to random enemies. His basic attack deals 85% physical damage and gives him a shield worth 40% of his attack for 2 rounds. He has a 50% chance to enhance his basic attack, which increases his attack by 10%, adds an extra hit, and gives shields to all allies instead of just himself. His most unique ability is converting shields into damage - for every 1% of max HP worth of shields he has, he gains 1% damage amplification for his ultimate, up to 50% maximum. When allies lose health, his shields become stronger by 1% per 1% health lost, up to 100% enhancement.

Basic

Passive 1
There is a 50% chance that Hal's Basic Attack will be enhanced. While enhanced, Hal gains 10% Atk, deals an additional hit with his Basic Attack, and applies his Shield to all allies.
Passive 2
Increases Attack by 15%. When using his Ultimate, absorbs all of his Shield into strength. For each Shield equal to 1% of his Max HP, gain 1% Damage Amplification for the Attack. Damage Amplification maximum is 50%.
Passive 3
Hal shares his willpower with his teammates. Every time an ally's current HP drops by 1%, any shield he gains is strengthened by an additional 1%, up to 100%.
